Dip Netting Alaska 2024 Dates. Only one (1) king salmon 20 inches or greater in length, and no more than 10 king salmon under 20 inches in length may be retained per household from the kenai river dip net fishery. Dipnetting on the kenai river is allowed from 6:00 a.m.
